Sharing public open data in a collaborative system of systems: the RUDI experience

Metropolises are complex organizations involving heterogeneous stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. Defining a data-sharing framework at this scale requires a flexible solution capable of addressing diverse constraints, from open data regulations to the handling of restricted data. In this paper, we present a federated data-sharing platform based on a collaborative system-of systems approach.
